We genuinely want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Not all products fit properly, and thus product returns are a natural element of online retailing.

When you will receive your dress, if something makes you unhappy, You must let me know about it in 3 DAYS after you receive your package and let’s talk and understand what is the issue.

We have an easy return/exchange process! You may return this item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

1. Product must be unworn and only tried on for fit and sizing (no dirt, no perfume, no lipstick no cigarette smell, no stain, no damage etc.)
NO Refund : Worn, Perfumed or Altered garments.
2. Item must be returned(means applied and started to return)within 5 days of accepting the delivery. It is buyers' responsibility to pay the return or exchange postage.
NO Refund : Over 5 Days still not returned.
3. When you making a return, please include a note with your name, address, and order number,a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

(FOR CUSTOM SIZE AND CUSTOM ORDERS)
We are professional tailors, all of my Professional Effort and Care is to make Your Dress fit You well and the most important part of providing this is taking the most accurate measurements. That's why, It's very IMPORTANT for me if you follow my measurement instructions.
However, Due to Nature of Custom Orders, when you receive your dress you may need some alterations. I suggest you to plan for alterations with help of a local tailor and YOUR BUDGET ACCORDINGLY.


Custom Orders are not refundable.
Definition of Custom Order: All Orders made in Custom Measurements or with Custom Requirements are Custom Orders.

Please Note:
Although I attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.
